I struggled for ages to try and get anything done through traditional lenders for a mortgage - now more than ever they're in the business of 'no'. It seemed like a mortgage was a fairytale I could secure in decades, until DLC came to the rescue. It was such a polar opposite experience. I was able to do everything over the Internet and through email and phone. Everyone I dealt with - at every step of the process - was professional, friendly and willing to work around my schedule and my circumstances. They spoke to me like a human being, with empathy and grace, and humanized the process in a way that I've never seen, explaining things at every step to ensure I knew exactly what was required of me and how they could help.
