Was so great working with Jay very personal and made our house buying process a huge success in the end. Lot of ups and downs and roller coaster rides with the seller of the house I was purchasing and Jay made it all work out in the end. From having to switch our deal from 5% down to 20% down in literally less then 48 hours we were able to get it done just before deadline. He is a machine and made everything possible for us. Would literally have never been able to get the house if we had went with the bank and if it wasn't for Jay.
