Tracy Lee Nails

I don't recommend this place at all. I went there with the plan of getting my granddaughter's nails done. I asked the lady how much acrylic nails were, she replied 90 dollars. I looked at my granddaughter with a dramatic shocked look. I was shocked because I didn't know acrylics were that pricey. Anyway, money wasn't the issue. Then she barked out how no one does nails like her in town. Hence, the high cost. I looked at her and told her that I wasn't critizing her. Then she answered back in an even angier voice justifying her comment about the price of the nails. I turned around and left and told her how her attitude was awful. Of all the nail salons I've been to, I've never experienced such frightening experience with customer service.. Will I ever go back? NEVER. Would I recommend this place? NEVER.

What a professional! Took her time with each nail. Even gave the full spa treatment afterward! Great pricing for the quality! I'll only be getting my nails done here from now on..
