Janzen's Pharmacy Northwood Park

Very caring, courteous, professional, friendly, and overall really nice people. The store inside is so clean and fresh. I recommend that any and all people should at least check Janzen's store out. I had been using a different pharmacy for around 30 years, but they get really busy now, and I guess the employees can't handle the stress. They are rude on the phone like a "keyboard cowboy," and in person, some of them can be very short tempered. It's like they treat everyone as though they are all bad people. I called Janzen's, and the woman who answered the phone was so soft-spoken, reassuring, and kind. I knew I had called the right place, so I gave her all my information, and she took care of transferring my prescriptions.

There is no commitment or compassion from the staff towards the walk-in -patients. The receptionist and the doctor call the patients according to their preferences.I have received my appointment at 12.15pm when I came their for walk-in clinic. I had been waited their till 2 o clock to see the doctor. Its better to go to any other clinics or different locations.The service is garbage I would say

Extremely rude. As soon as I get to the Walk-in clinic, before a word can even come out of my mouth, a woman comes out as says, "We're full" in an extremely rude manner. I explain that my 3 year old... and she repeats "We're full" again in the same rude manner. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Even just saying, "I'm sorry but we're full." Would have been acceptable. Very upset!
