Had a loss of hot water the day before Easter Sunday. I put in a call to Villeneuve Mechanical and left a message. I soon received a call from Jacob. He said he was on another call but would stop by as soon as possible. He arrived a short time later and promptly set to work eliminating possible problems. He stated that our unit was not really in his area of expertise but he would give it a try. He was not able to get the unit up and running but it was not for lack of trying. He apologized for not getting the unit up and running and said that he would make arrangements to have someone who was more familiar with our boiler as soon as possible.

After placing calls all over Thunder Bay and being put in many queues Villeneuve was the only company to call back, show up soonest and repair in no time at all to get our in floor boiler working again. Zach was extrememly knowledgable, he even took the time to walk us through set up, function, common faults, recommended future additions they or we can do ourselves and asked if there was anything else before leaving. If I could give more stars I would!!! We live in the country an hour away from the city and they did not hesitate or deny like other companies. CALL VILLENEUVE FIRST!!! Service: Water heater repair
