Bought sweatpants and hoodie through Lakehead. Was expecting something warmer and better quality material, especially for the price paid. Stitching is not the best either since threads are already loose on the hoodie. Only reason I am giving a 3 star is because they are a small business.

Mallons does excellent work and there customer service is like no other. The entire helped to create our merch quickly, professionally and within our budget. The design team took our ideas and impressed us so much. I love the online store as all our buyers could purchase their specific sizes, colours etc without having to worry about one person collecting info and money. Special thanks to Lidia who worked with me and worked around my busy schedule to communicate through email as I requested and always responded quickly, professionally and made me feel comfortable and confident with the whole process.
