Went hear to get shirts printed hear and I'm extremely disappointed they said 40 dollars a shirt plus tax and had 7 shirts to get done which came to over 300 dollar's and I had the shirts with me that was just for printing I felt that this was discrimination because she whispered something to the manager and the employee covered her mouth and said how much do u want to charge for that the other stuff what the employee said didn't hear but I was respectful to them even thow they were extremely unprofessional how this place stays in business is beyond me but I found another place which is cheaper gonna get more shirts done too at this other place next month or too if they turn out good review by Eric

I trust Impact Promotions 100% , I have dealt with them over the years and I will continue to do so . All of their staff are extremely knowledgeable and very professional . From the help I received to help me create the right logo to the proper color choices to use , this company is all about " The Customer Comes First" . I contacted other embroidery companies in Thunder Bay when I was looking for quotes to have my logo and my orders filled . And Impact Promotions was the only company to contact me back with their quotation and they had lots of ideas on how they can make everything come together for me and the rest is history.Thank-you everyone at Impact Promotions , I will certainly be a life long customer .
