Highly recommend using Legacy Properties for renting! Marco was our property manager at a house my family and I rented and he was amazing to deal with. Very responsive and pro active when it came to issues that needed to get fix. I Dont have a single complaint and, it made our renting experience stress free until we were able to buy a house.

I found him exhausting, he never listened to me and was very pushy to the point of me feeling harrassed. I don't recommend.

I bought a house in Thunder bay in 2020. As I am an outstation investor, the property turned out to be a dud and I was staring at a loss. That's when I met Marco while looking around for a Property Manager. Honestly, he is the only positive to come out of that investment. Marco has been really helpful, responsive, reasonable and knowledgeable. Marco has been helping me to get more out of the investment and recoup the losses. He is a dream PM for any outstation investor looking to invest in Thunderbay. Highly recommend Marco and LPRM.
