When we moved to Thunder Bay in 2015, we used Wes to buy our first house. He helped us learn about the Thunder Bay market and showed us a lot of houses. We used Wes again to sell that same house and he helped us get more than we thought we would. Thanks again Wes for helping us out!

I would like to share my experience about purchasing our new home and selling our current home with Wes Case. Wes was a friend from My elementary school years and we used to play baseball together in Kakabeka Falls Ontario. I had heard recently that he was into real estate and I had seen it on Facebook as well, so naturally when we decided we wanted to sell our home and purchase a new one I went to him with questions immediately. From the very minute I spoke with Wes he was incredibly helpful, very insightful and full of information that helped us throughout this whole process. This was really my first real home purchase and I had a lot of questions, I was very anxious, nervous and didnt know what to expect. Wes made this process so much easier for myself and my husband and our family. He was very reassuring, very understanding and very informative throughout the whole process. The process of buying and selling was actually very quick but to me it felt like an eternity, Wes was very patient with me and all of my questions and was completely calm and cool throughout the whole process which helped me immensely. His knowledge about everything was incredible, he answered every little (and a lot of times stupid) question that I had for him with patience and understanding. He remained calm and in control the whole time even if a small bump in the road arrived. He was there with us for each step of this process and drove out to meet with us whenever we needed him to come to the new house etc. A busy real estate agent has many clients as I am sure Wes does, however, he promptly answered each and every text or phone call I made to him no matter what my questions or concerns were. Wes offered a lot of good and valuable information through this process, things I was not even aware of, he made sure we knew about them! Wes is a terrific Real Estate Agent and person, he is kind, caring, understanding, genuine, knowledgeable and very honest which I have learned is an incredible trait in a real estate agent! In this process you need to know and understand the good as well as the bad whether you want to or not and Wes was very good at making sure we understood this and was always completely honest with us about every situation we encountered. He is very thorough in everything he does. Wes Case made the stressful process of selling and buying a new home very pleasurable for us, I am someone who is very anxious and tends to stress at every little thing and Wes was very respectful of that and understood this and he made this process a ver pleasant one. I cannot say enough good things about Wes. I highly, highly recommend him to anybody that is looking to purchase or sell their home. If you want a great quality experience with a great quality agent, you want Wes Case. Thank you Wes. We appreciate every thing you have done for us so much.
