I cannot say enough good things about Kate. I have purchased two homes through Kate, and both times it was a breeze. Kate is very knowledgeable about the market and works to find a house that suits your needs. She can set you up with automatic notifications of new listings with your preferred criteria, and she keeps a pulse on what is up and coming in order to get you in for a showing fast! Kate was always very accommodating with viewing homes and worked around my schedule. When it came to selling my home with Kate, I was even more impressed. She has so many ideas and strategies to get you the most value on your home, but she brings her knowledge of the market and strategies to the table and ultimately puts you in the drivers seat of what direction you want to take. I was able to sell my home in under a week and way over asking. She truly puts the work in, from professional photos, drone footage, video recordings, and social media blasts.
