        Hi, Past 2 year Me & my wife doing tax with HR Block . But I got bad experience from HR Block Red-river Road Branch in Thunder Bay. We went for a walking they told long waiting time .We took appointment for next Day.When we went for the appointment they told Double book and we want to Wait Again. .Should staff needs to be more responsible .Respect the customer time.

        Very satisfied. The tax master was helpful and quick. Would recommend. Edit: maybe you can answer this, but? Does the hours of operation there with this one establishment affect wait time on receiving payments?
