        Robin went out his way to deal with a major error in a family members past returns and made some great recommendations for future tax savings. Super quick at doing our income splitting and complicated return. Ask for Robin, you wont be sorry!

        Very rude staff, no where says its appointments only, and was approached by a very rude lady that stated WALK INS ONLY. I get it its a stressful time of the year with tax season but theres no reason to treat people unkindly. If you dont like what you do then dont do it !!!

        Yeah idk if I'm getting the proper help and information that I need. I looked up more ways to lower my taxes myself. I went through three different people at the Memorial H&R block and none of them were very friendly and very helpful in helping with my taxes.
