My cat happened to escape out of my arms when brining him outside. He is an indoor cat that does not know anything about the outside world. After contacting the fire department who arrived to the site and did not help or bother climbing to get my cat down from the tree (which was really high up). A few hours later; I found this company who rescues cats from trees showed up within 20 minutes with a group of their guys. They managed to get my cat down and brought him back home safely! Thanks guys!!!!!!

I have amazing experience with Liam and Hunter twice now at my home in Atikokan. The first time they cut a very large elm tree that was standing alone but very close to both our neighbour's house and many trees and gardens etc in our yard. The tree was very dead and dangerous and the planning and safety they demonstrated was great. I had them back Monday to remove a very tall spruce that was within feet of my neighbour's, the safety communication and skill was wonderful. I will certainly have them back. Excellent, professional service.

Really wonderful experiences with Liam OConnor and the Rutter crew. They removed a 2 large trees in our front yard in the fall and did an impeccable job. They were fast, efficient, professional and did a beautiful job with leaving the yard in top condition. This spring I had them back to remove really large dead Lombardi poplars, and did an excellent job again, leaving us with firewood beautifully stacked and ready. Again the yard was left in perfect shape. Because they have done such excellent work for us, I had them back this week to prune two unruly old apple trees, shape a maple tree, and attend to a lilac. They created a lovely canopy shape. Liam is really conscientious in communicating plans, and super knowledgeable about urban forests, sustainable planting, health and management of all things related to green spaces. The crew is really careful in their work, carefully following all safety protocols. They are friendly hard workers!! Thank you Rutter team for doing such a great job!!
