        The staff is welcoming, professional and informative. I have tried a few different classes and the instructors are beyond knowledgeable of their craft. If you have any aches or health concerns they will make sure the exercises are safe for you and make other suggestions if needed. In addition, the rooms are clean and the view of the lake while exercising is magnificent.

        Ive been to a few classes here while visiting Thunder Bay and really enjoyed the instruction. Going to make a point to check out the gentle vagal flow class next time Im back.
