        Everyone in here is always miserable. There has only been 1 time my husband and I have gone here and the girl in the stores part was really nice. My husbandnis a trucker and drives from toronto to Windsor everyday. He stops here for a coffee and the employees at Tim hortons walk around and act like they are forced to be there and they despise it and take it out on the customers

        The Tim Hortons at the Tilbury Onroute has been a disappointment. I thought all Tim Hortons were supposed to be standardised but the service and products were way below standard. The coffee tasted like water with a little bit of milk thrown in, and the counter staff was rude and very unhelpful. When I ordered three different coffees, they were not marked out. And when asked which was which, she said, I dont know, you can check yourself. Didnt want to create scene so I left.

        Dirty restrooms. Inefficient and confusing parking. (Back up into spots for trucks? Who does that?) BK closes at 7:00 pm because no one eats after that. Handicaps buttons on doors are broken.
