Was always know to be a reputable shop until my latest experience. Replaced the front passenger wheel bearing on the car and brought it to them for an alignment and to switch out a tire. First problem I had is that they were unable to do the alignment because the other wheel bearing was on its way out ( not their fault) but the fact that they installed the new tires, on the wrong side and didn't correct the issue that caused the tire to go bad. Brought it home that night and changed out the wheel bearing. My girlfriend brought her car back with a new tire for the other side, they called her and explained that the passenger side wheel bearing was in fact bad (brand new high quality pressfit bearing) and that she needed to replace all kinds of front end components and the car has been in a severe accident and the rear axle needs to be replaced. (Which was never mentioned during the first appointment). They persistend to tell her she was wrong once she made awareness to the new wheel bearing that she watched me install. I pick the car up that night provided with a spec sheet of the alignment, as we are talking about variations of .1 degree out of the "good" window camber and caster of the front end. Nothing mentioned about wheel bearing replacement and was told that there were possibly some components that were worn out since it's a high mileage car causing these variations. Complete different story then my girlfriend received two hours before that. Not impressed with the attempt to upsell and gain work. Won't ever return my buisness there due to lack of honesty and attempting to take advantage of a customer.
