Subway

Today I got a sub here. And I have gotten sub from here once and the experience was amazing. The second time Im here. The person who was doing my sub was amazing and nice but there was a lady and one other guy idk if she was supervising or something. But she was yelling at a trainee for doing something wrong and made me uncomfortable and there was another costumer as well as not just me hearing this and I was so close to saying something because its not right to yell at a trainee. He is learning. He is going make mistakes.

For the first time I was disappointed in a subway. First server was too busy talking to a co-worker to pay attention to my order and then when I asked for a lot of jalapeos was told they would have to charge me extra. From when I worked at a subway to my daughter now working at one I have never heard of such a thing. Definitely never going back there.

Went in for my birthday. My mom order my sub- she tried to order hers. They are making the wrong sub- she is trying to ask questions because it was the wrong size- the wrong chicken. The person making the sun wouldnt answer her- she was upset because nobody me was listening but she was not mean. The manager then threw my sub on the back counter and told my mom that she better be careful. I dont know why he was so mean To my mom- it felt like he threatened her - even though his threat meant we cannot buy subs today - how silly. I wanted gift cards for my birthday- but I do not feel comfortable to go back to that store.

subway is good as always, but employees were bad mouthing in hindi and making fun of my accent. Staff needs huge improvement
