Discount Car & Truck Rentals

We rented a vehicle over the phone and were told we could pick it up on Saturday morning and drop it off the next day. I spent $25.00 for a taxi to get to their airport location only to find out they were closed. I spent another $25.00 for another taxi back to the hotel. When I called they simply said that they were closed on Saturday. Worst service ever and very unprofessional.

Terrible company all together but the Timmins office everyone should be fired i call for a insurance reservation 30 minutes before close and they transfor me to another number kept hanging up on me then at 458 I get a answer and they say unfortunately we close at 5pm so u won't be able to get your car till Monday. , so they made sure not to hit extra pepper work a half hour before closing . Terrible company .

Poor service!! They cancelled my rental two days before pick up and did not apologize or even recommend where else I could rent another vehicle. I had a terrible experience with this located.

We live in Northern Ontario and renting vehicles without Block heaters is INSANE. I have to get up twice overnight to start my rental so that I know it will start for me in the morning. Not Happy at all.. I will never recommend this rental agency.

Made an online reservation went to get the truck and they had none. Horrible service! Don't go here for rentals.
