A pretty and clearly busy little harbour town at the end of the Bruce Peninsula. I visited only for a few hiurs as part of a day long driving exploration of the whole region. On a warm and sunny summer Sunday afternoon, the area around the harbour could not have been any busier: every shop, restaurant, ice creamery, and bar seemed to have a crowd constantly flowing in and out. Staying longer, perhaps at one of the many water front hotels or cabins, could only possibly make a visit to Tobermory better. Venturing further afield out onto the lake on one of the ferries would also be fun too.
