        I tried getting some tax/estate planning advice. Overall, the quality of advice I received in my trial interview did not meet my expectation and did not cover the areas I was looking for. As a result, I decided not to sign up the firm for financial counselling. Then I had a surprise! For the longest time, I didn't hear back and assumed they wrote it off as a failed attempt to get new clients. But then I received an invoice after a full 9 months of silence, without any discussion of rates, any retainer or engagement agreement ...
