I did not receive good service from Jim Kelly. His bookkeeper, Jennifer, is great but Jim paid little attention to my file and was not at all active in helping me grow my business from a planning and tax liability perspective. I did not have a good experience and wish I went elsewhere. In response to Jim Kellys reply, below, I reiterate that he was largely absent from my file. Busy professional business owners are pulled in many directions at once and he ought to have done more than send a couple emails. If he had monitored my file and considered the stage my business was at he would have appreciated that the amount of money involved was significant to me and help me grow my business accordingly. That didnt happen.
