My family has been using Berman for years now and they have always been great. This year we submitted our taxes nice and early and have already been waiting 15 days for any notification. They said 10 days max initially. I think all the receptionists have changed this year and that's why the communication and quality has gone down. Whenever I used to email them they would reply very quickly and this year when I've emailed, they never gave a response. What a shame, Daniel is great at his job and he's very efficient so I'm not sure what's going on in the office.
