I have been seeing Kriss for a year now to treat my various MS symptoms. I usually see her every 2-4 weeks. I feel so greatful to have found such a skilled and wonderful acupuncturist. She treats me with massage, cupping, acupuncture and sound therapy. She is a very kind and caring person who really spends time tailoring the treatment for what is needed at the time. I deal with a lot of different symptoms and given how complicated a disease MS is, I sincerely appreciate how much effort Kriss puts into my treatments. Thank you Kriss for helping me heal and for always having a positive, knowledgeable and loving disposition. You are a blessing.

I have been working with Kriss consistently since Nov 2019 and she is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and very gifted at her craft. She helped me work through menstrual issues as well as injuries and just overall body support. I highly recommend her to everyone for any and everything!!

I decided to give cosmetic acupuncture a try and went to see Kriss. I was not sure what to expect but after just a few sessions I'm super pleased with the results so far! I've been seeing Kriss since November 2020, and as someone who's been experiencing a chronic, volleyball-related shoulder injury for years, I can confidently say that she's an absolute godsend. I've moved out of the city recently, and where I've switched clinics for majority of my treatments, she's the only practitioner that I still choose to go and see she's just that good! By far the best practitioner that I've seen, she's so skilled and so knowledgeable, but also so kind and caring. She'll take the time to focus on your needs, but also go that extra mile and tailor each session according to how the body feels then and there. Although I haven't fully recovered from my injury (and I may never), seeing her regularly for massage, cupping, and acupuncture (and the occasional sound therapy) has helped me relax, manage the pain, and get back to playing the sport I love.
