I have been with the company for a month after struggling to manage our own advertising and doing poorly. Since our company is celebrating its 25 year anniversary on the web, we decided to reach out and hire a professional Amazon agency. We are pleased that we did. Our ACOS which had been fairly high was decreased to 15.8% in just four weeks and our CTR showed 0.55%. All questions were quickly answered giving us confidence we made the right choice.

Asteroid have been running my US account for 3 and a bit months. After 2-3 expensive weeks at the start with low sales and high ACOS where I was a bit worried, volume doubled in the second month, and remained at that level for the 3rd month. In month 4 we are on track to exceed month 3 as after 1 week we have already done just under half of month 3. Although due to tight margins this hasn't resulted in a profit as yet, we appear to be on a path to the scale where it will be profitable. I'm very happy with the direction and look forward to seeing how big we can grow. They also have a holistic approach, helping out on seller central issues as they arise, which has been very useful.
