An absolutely fantastic light but now it is basically a paperweight. The company has pretty much disappeared. There is no way to log in to adjust the lights anymore. The sensor we were sold is now completely useless as we can't log in to check things. Multiple months of trying to contact the company through any way possible and nothing. I was recommending the company to others but now that the products are useless I can only recommend that you avoid them if they ever return.

Purchased 25 lights. Called and reached out through insta pages for over a year. Came in contact with a few people with no outcomes besides being ghosted. How ever I sent the lights out to a tech. To only find out that they were built with no electrical components to dim or control the lights. Dont brag about being Canadian made if your going to cut corners and leave your customers hanging.

I have been aware of Grow Ratio since they launched into the Canadian market. I was introduced to them by a fellow Canadian medical Cannabis grower. I had been using various LED grow fixtures with varied results. The quality of medicine my friend was producing under the Grow Ratio 1.0 fixtures was better than I had seen under any other LED. I am aware that there is more to a grow than lights but lighting is a major part of your environment and as such should be a core component and always a consideration to quality. I was able to get fixtures from them for both veg and flower. I have to say hands down without doubt these are the best grow fixtures of any type or from any manufacturer I have ever used. I can not Say enough about the team and service from Grow Ratio. I had a loose connector and a single rail was intermitant. They sent me several new ones. It was a literal squeeze n snap to install. Very easy for some one with arthritic hands. As to price point, do the math and you actually see that these light are so much cheaper to run over time. The fact they have total monitoring and control tech in them if your require makes it a no brainer. Expand your quality and real time knowledge of your grow no matter the size with Grow Ratio.
