        Property management has been great the whole time I've been here whether its the former managers Ginalyn and Joy or the new manager Philip, I've always received very quick, efficient responses to maintenance requests. The building is well taken care of and a great place to live.

        My partner and I have been living here for over 3 and a half years (moved in at the beginning of January 2019) and have loved it ever since. The building is modern with very suitable amenities and everything is always well maintained. Our previous property managers Rebecca and Andre were fantastic and the current managers, Ginalyn and Joy, are also wonderful. They are friendly and accommodating and contribute to a warm and welcoming building environment. We are so happy to call BeachHill Apartments our home and would recommend this place to everyone.

        We moved in end of last year and have had such an incredible experience living here. Joy and Ginalyn are such amazing property managers who really take pride in every element of the building and the residents that live here. They really make you feel like you are home and ensure everything is taken care of efficiently. Their warmth is really contagious . We love living here and creating new memories in such a safe and beautiful environment.

        Its sad that we left the apartment, but it was the best place I have ever leaved since I came to Canada, the building is clean and well taking care of. Speaking of the management Ginalyn and joy are amazing people, they have understanding and they are always there to help at anytime you need it. At first wen we came to the build its was Rebecca and her husband they where also good people, so wen they left and Gina and her husband came in, I thought it would be different and difficult to Communicate with them. But to my surprise they were more than amazing. Thank you Gina really appreciate the help and understanding, its sad that we left but you guys and the people are all amazing, because we were treated right honestly
