77 Roehampton Avenue Apartments

READ BELOW FOR UPDATE: The building has a major cockroach problem and have heard rumours about mice too. The air filters in the heating system don't seem to work well and put out a lot of dust. They also charge the same (or more) as a newer build with many more amenities and the parking is more expensive as well. The building is pretty old so the only thing going for it is the location. Would not recommend living here if you have other options. After sending two emails to the email address in the reply, I have received no response. There is nothing more frustrating than poor customer service. Makes me think the reply was to make the company look like they care. I had to go through three people on my own to have some of the above issues addressed.

We are loving our apartment at 77 Roehampton Avenue. Excellent layout, private balcony, and the staff both Rey and Beth are excellent and I recommend this building all the time. Absolute 5 star.

I have been here since 2007. Lots of changes in the area, but on the whole a great place to live. Everything needed within walking distance and great service when needed.

The apartment was nice and relatively affordable. But there was an MASSIVE infestation of mice on the 4th floor to the point that I killed 7! It persisted for months and was nightmarish.
