Turtledove Management Corporation

I have been a tenant of Turtledove for 5 years now in two different (gorgeous) apartments. Simon Warga is an excellent landlord. His office runs a no-nonsense game for sure, but they communicate efficiently and by-the-book and they have a lot of goodwill to go around. That is not empty praise, it is genuine thankfulness for the generosity I have experienced from Simon. The rental prices are very fair and, for what you're getting, often on the low end of what you'll see out there. They know what the people need in an apartment: laundry, a dishwasher, closets and windows. Some landlords don't count quality of life for their prospective tenants as an important consideration (no laundry, no pets, no storage, no music, etc. etc.), but these guys seem to implicitly value the little things that make a dwelling comfortable. In my experience renting from Turtledove I've been treated with kindness and respect, and I have honestly loved my homes so much.

Excellent management company. I have lived here on and off for 5 years. They have beautiful properties that are very up kept. Their maintenance company has a quick response rate. I have friends who live in the other units and have no issues.
