Terrible place to live in. Stay away you have been warned. This place has the most horrible management you can imagine. The place is falling apart. Heating is so expensive and units very cold. There is no visitor or street parking available. There is one elevator that is slow and sometimes does not work. Absolute garbage. Sorry there is no zero rating. Again stay away and dont rent here. You have been warned!!!!

Lived here for a sizable number of years. Heating is very problematic - watch out for the old electric heaters will cause you to pay over $300/month during winters. I complained quite a few times but all they would do is visit my apartment and switch on all heaters across the entire house in the morning . By the time , I got home in the evening the temperature would be a balmy 19 celisusu. Yes, that right....below the legal minimum of ,21C. Some residents complained to the city and the city put up notices of how they had asked the building management to fix the heating problem. There were multiple units not getting heated up to the minimum of 21C. They are also very lax about security and privacy . Didn't provide notice and entry and private contractors just entered my home.

Worse management.. who is good at nothing. Apartments are noisy as hell. Just next to Eglinton Ave, atleast they could provide a little soundproofing..but no. It is a nightmare living in this place

Worst management you could find. Poor service and u will hate living in this building. Just stay away. You have been warned. Only one elevator. Will not work for moves and very slow. No parking anywhere. Building smells like smoke. Good luck with heating your apartment the cost is astronomical. No AC either. I can keep going.

I lived here for several years when the building was being managed by Vertica. During that time I really enjoyed the apartment. For the most part, the staff was helpful and quick to respond when I contacted them. A couple weeks ago the building was sold to Akelius. Thankfully I was moving out anyway, but in those 2 weeks it was already horrible. When I called to ask about an elevator reservation I had made, they didn't even have my name or phone number (or any information about my reservation, but the lady on the phone said she didn't have access to that kind of information...). Calling back multiple times made it obvious that the people I was speaking to were never writing down my information. It was as if they had tossed out all of the original info that Vertica had. In the end I only got the elevator for the last 15 minutes that I needed it for because the technician was so late, and the only way to get in contact with the management is through a call centre that seems to move extremely slowly. I'd steer clear of living here. It's really a shame that this has happened, because it really was a decent place to live.
