I have been living in this building for almost two years the previous management had a very poor response and not professional at all, the heating system of the building is damaged, during the winter the temperature in the units from the first seven floors will drop to 14C and they wont fix it. Add to this the condition of the hallways is awful. Also, be aware of all the junkies hanging in the building randomly and water cut-off happens every 15 days, same as a heating cut-off on winter. The new management are nice but havent improved nothing, I have cracks on my ceiling for the past two months that havent being fixed. (Water cuts off still happening every month)

Most of the negative reviews are pretty much accurate. From water shut off almost twice a month and unresponsive management. The neighbours are very nice and friendly.

Dont move here this building has huge problems few are water and heat, thats why the lowered the price for their suites It has been a terrible experience living here, they just put some beautiful flowers outside to make the building more attractive.
