The 2 Indian security girls (literally high-school-looking girls) are very unprofessional, rude and mean. Many tenants have complained about them, yet they keep working here. Must be special favors with the boss.

The security lady, Somya, couldn't find my package and yelled at me. A package was signed by security but was missing. It happens, not a huge deal. But she had to call me a liar for claiming it missing! I said look, I got a text message with a reference number and all from y'all, but it was never given to me, could there have been a mix-up? She was extremely adamant that I already took it without even looking it up. Calling the customer a liar is more convenient, right? When I finally showed her solid proof, she completely lost it out of frustration and embarrassment. She refused to apologize, screamed and shouted, and accused me of calling her a thief. Wow! Way to blame the victim. I'm the one who's lost a 200-dollar package, I'm the one who should be upset. She even tried to hide her name tag from me, knowing clearly that she was in the wrong. I regret not capturing the interaction on camera. Terrible customer service has no place in this world.

Theatre Park (224 King Street West) is by far the best (not one of the best, the absolute best) condominium development in downtown Toronto. I move every year and have lived in a number of the key developments in downtown Toronto, none of which touch the scale of this building. Only 6 units per floor, friendly residents, gym, pool, 2 minute walk to the subway, quick access to Porter Airlines, and Toronto Pearson via the quick train at Union Station. Highly recommend.
