Great location. Easily accessible by TTC, located in close proximity to grocery stores, coffee shops & the best queen west has to offer. Yes, the building is old but the building management team is always helpful and quick to respond. Underground parking available.

The 295 building next door got the entire building from outside redone & their court yard was fully redone. Why cant 345 be the same if its under the same owners? 345 needs a major redone from the inside to outside!! Its quite a shame our building is next to a building like that when once a upon a time 295 was way worse! Will the older units at 346 also ever get renovated? They are in need for a renovation, especially at the rate they are being rented for, its way too expensive for what you get ($1,700+). I hope the older units get renovated & bring in a more modern home feel. The unit carpets really have got to go! In the Winter they turn the heater on so the carpets become extremely moist & smell due to bad ventilation I also want to add they havent changed the suite filters in about 2 years - coming up. My washroom ceiling - has soften over the years + stained yellow. Its definitely from poor ventilation. The hallways also need a major redone with the ceilings falling apart/water stained & the carpets in the hall are always water stained. Is the building growing mold? This building is in need of help!!!! Please make 345 liveable once & for all

Very low rent for Toronto and they fix things immediately. Office staff have changed every year and so do the practices around notification of entry into your unit. Betty is a lovely lady, and she tries to make sure everyone is happy. 1970s building is just now starting to need maintenance on everything, but they are always on top of it. Quick to respond to any requests. This does mean they need into your unit a lot right now. New renovations to all of the hallways happening now, so that's exciting. Job seems to have gone to the lowest bidder though. Problems: black mold in central air units. They aren't required to fix it by law apparently, so I am currently wearing a mask and scrubbing it. Bed bugs which happens in a lot of old buildings. The powder to get rid of them is cheap and since we put it that down they haven't returned. Smog I can see out my window is grey. It smells like cigarette smoke in my unit sometimes so I had to buy an $850 air filter and weather stripping for my doors. If the AC breaks down, as it did this past summer, the unit gets to 30 or 40C. So hot it makes you sick. The Windows only open a little bit and the brick of the building gets so hot the windows being open does nothing. To their credit they ordered parts immediately. Of course industrial chiller radiators take a few weeks to order. So we were without respite for the rest of August and September which is still hot. It's 25C indoors now with outdoor temperature of 11C. That's how much hotter it gets in here than outdoors. I'm a slender and fit person. I can't imagine what it's like if your health is compromised.
