The level of unprofessionalism, and conscious bias from management and staff is palpable. Management cannot manage staff because they are either in inappropriate relationships with each other or simply let staff do what they like because staff has been here too long and think they own the place. So nothing gets fixed, emails dont get answered and you are told if you dont like it here just leave. Isnt that what they told the First Nations People? That tracks. They make things uncomfortable then tell you hey if you dont like it go somewhere else.

Excellent building - love the staff and tenants - it's a real neighbourhood here. Staff goes out of their way to help the tenants and host many events to promote a sense of community.

I have stayed in 45 Dunfield ave for 1.7 years.It was very happy and all the staff is very helpful and respectful. I specially mention concierge team Ray is a very good guy and always there for help and so much patience for all the questions.Thanks Ray and thanks to the team torontonian.With regards,bolla
