Ants for almost two years. Lack of transparency when it comes to pest control practices and information. This building has gone down hill big time since the long-term supers left a couple of years ago. Trust me.

Unless you love ants/cockroaches/various pests, run far far away from this building. I have lived here for 2 years, and have been suffering with pharoah ant infestation for all of the 2 years I have been here. If you like having heat in the winter, forget about it here. I cannot even count the number of nights I have gone to bed freezing, and woken up with chest pain from the constant cold air on my back. Aside from that, constant water shut-offs, and fire alarms. Save your money and stay away from this building.

New superintendents don't care about building. Infested with ants and constant fire alarms nearly every week. The other week they announced there was a fire on the third floor only for it to be cleared by the fire fighters and called a false alarm. They let the alarms go off for hours when it's false instead of clearing it In addition they will drop notices that the new super is entering your unit less than 2 days before they're entering giving you no time to prepare and are rude when you argue. My pet is always scared after they enter. Constant construction in and around the building makes this hell to live in now and I'm sure they're trying to raise the rent. Used to be a beautiful building before new supers
