Playground Condos

This place is the new ICE towers - water cuts out entirely, when it comes back on its sometimes cold for up to a couple months (occasionally only a few weeks), they lock the heat on in the winter but some units vents are broken so it keeps the unit at a tepid 83 degrees and if you ask for help they promptly ignore you. Im literally moving out of Toronto because living here was such a nightmare :) (The front desk/security are actually angels though so youll have someone to rant to I guess)

dont recommend this condo. theres a fire alarm in the middle of the night once a month at the bare minimum. constant water issues where we dont have hot water for multiple days in a row (was happening every 3 weeks for almost 6 months). the amount of times weve smelled weed on our floor is ridiculous. our pool is shared with 2 buildings so now our elevators are even slower than before. also another new condo being built beside us so a lot of construction and noise. moving out because of all these constant issues. oh, and dont bother even reaching out to management because youll never hear back from them.
