        All the residents are nice over here. Best place to live if you are studying at UOT.

        Pros: great location, literally 5 minute walk to Sidney Smith. Brand new building, so some of the amenities just become available this month. Helpful staff and concierge. Cons: Mad steep rent! $3600 for a 500 sqft 1 bed 1 den, 20% increase of rent per year, the market is nuts.

        Lived here for 1 year. It is a brand new building, so the amenities are great. Especially love the multimedia room on the 2nd floor. Rented here because of its location. Extremely convenient for uoft students. The management and staff on the front desk are also generally kind and helpful.

        Nice building, great location! I can walk pretty much anywhere near the Queens Park or the University from here. Everything is brand new and the staff seem pretty nice. They didnt use anything of poor quality. The appliances and building material are great. The view is awesome!
