Emma the security guard made us wait 50 minutes for a suite and kept giving us a very hard time while not being organized with the files and the checks, she proceeded to give us a lot of attitude and dirty looks during the time of our stay i would never want to speak to her again.

Great location and well maintained building! Lots of amenities including large gym, squash courts, indoor AND outdoor pool, rooftop terrace/BBQs, steam rooms, and more! Also pet/dog friendly!

Throughout the years I have lived in toronto I would always move to a different part of the city once my mortgage was up. That wasnt the case with this fab building. I moved here in 2002 and havent looked back.The square footage thanks to it being an older building definitely is an asset. The common areas are top notch. We have a gym that is the envy of our neighbouring condos. The concierge is always on point, making you feel safe and secure. I love the mix of families that live here, tons of kids and adorable cats and dogs. The family environment really warms this place up. I would always get realtors calling wondering if Im interested in listing this place. Thats because its in high demand. And my answer is always a hard no. Because its a fantastic place.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION heart of Toronhattan, close to everywhere and easy access to everything. Love the building.
