Montebello Towers

I came by to see the apartment as Im a prospective tenant. I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendly nature by the staff. I even spoke with Mr. Arthur who is very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone that is considering to rent.

Property Manager is unpleasant to deal with. He is an "in your face bully". Very overbearing. Main problem is that some tenants make false complaints against other tenants Re: noise in apartment at nights: I have been falsely accused by the Property Manager,Mr.Arthur Samaniego of making very loud banging noises on my apartment floors at night and yelling/screaming at all hours of the night/early morning. THESE ARE FALSE amount of harassment towards me! I am a tenant in my unit,and I am a very quiet,reasonable,well-behaved person. Because of this harassment,my diabetes and high blood pressure has been adversely affected. -Contacted my GP,filing grievance claim for harassment with Ontario Board of Tenants Rights Association. -filled out Tenants Rights Application Form T-2 -mailing it this weekend. I protest-my rights as tenant have been violated by Property Manager Arthur Samaniego!! Obviously feel that this unknown tenant is a "crazy-maker"!!
