        Impossible to get in contact with admin. They have ignored 5 emails from me over 1 month. Incorrect pending rent charges were not corrected. Avoid renting from this building. Edit: they finally replied with the details of my owed rent and a ledger indicating my balance was corrected.

        I stayed in someone's place in this building for several months last year - the building is modern, recently renovated - but not too big, mostly very quiet in the most unbeatable location - a residential pocket in the downtown core, surrounded by cafes, restaurants lively but not crazy either with public library, park, doggie day care, grocery store - all very close by! I had a view of the park directly across the street (beautiful trees) and could turn my head to see the CN tower. Friendly staff, dog friendly building and area - it's hard to beat all of this!
