Bed bugs!

I live on the 11th floor so my unit never had a roach issue, but I agree with all the other reviews. No ramp so not accessible, especially hard when moving in, bringing in furniture, and if you use a cart to buy groceries or maybe a stroller. The front door is VERY heavy to push/pull open. Laundry room is the worst! The washers at 200 are almost always broken. The rooms are kinda hot. Reaches 30c sometimes. Bathrooms do look outdated. The outlet in the kitchen trips the circuit easily, so you cant use say, a microwave and an electric kettle at the same time. And if the circuit trips, you have to call maintenance to replace the glass circuit thingies cuz theyre one time use only. Also, kitchen sink is very small. And yeah certain staff have a strong attitude. I like the layout of the 2 bedroom units. You have complete privacy because theres no shared living space other than the kitchen and bathroom. Best thing about the place is the location. Overall not a terrible place to live if you get the higher floors, and if you get your own AC

DO NOT LIVE HERE DO NOT LIVE HERE! Both 200 and 222 Elm Street are FILLED with cockroaches and bed bugs. The laundry machines are constantly broken and have not been fixed for weeks. Meanwhile these buildings make millions off their poor residents. The heffas in the rental office are the two most miserable, rudest, disgusting human beings Ive ever had the misfortune to interact with. They dont care about you only $$$. AVOID THIS BUILDING YOU DESERVE BETTER.

Is a good place, Has no bugs; If a person is filthy; Leaves dirty dishes collects bugs in Any buildingS!
