        I lived here for a few years and it was the absolute worst. Building is dirty. On-site manager is rude and always complaining. Elevator is constantly broken (like every week).

        I love the place. The company is very cooperative in different situations. they are attentive. the building manager is very organized and I happy here. It works for me as I walk out and take the streetcar to the heart of Toronto. They are also pet friendly as long as you do the clean up :D

        I lived at 700 Kingston in a studio for a year. It was a great experience. The location is amazing (~20 mins to downtown) and the GO train is ~10 mins away by walk. The building is friendly, and the superintendent is a real straight shooter - always on the ball, with a great work ethic and an approachable personable attitude. I ended up leaving because I bought a place, but this is a great building if you're single or a couple.
