        Before you move-in, beware that the north facing lower units are exposed to very loud garbage trucks in the morning. The south side of the building is also exposed to loud garbage trucks in the alley. The quietest units are facing east and west. There's a new fit4less right next door. I have never had an issue getting maintenance requests completed. Javier, Doug, and Joel do an excellent job. Make sure you join the community group on FB.

        Avoid this building..... management does not care about its tenants. They refuse to do basic repairs. This place is run in a very old-fashioned way.
