Writing this review from my own apartment. Jessica was really helpful and quick to help me securing a house even though I was new here!! No hassles felt whatsoever. The apartment is great and the view is nice!!

I have had the opportunity to be assisted by Jessica. She is very understanding, friendly and helpful. Management staff are very nice and understanding.

I had a great customer service experience with Jessica, who is one of the Property Managers at Gerrard Residences. She have always helped me out from any situation and shown great helping efforts even on Holidays and Weekends. Place could not be better without such a Great friendly Manager.

Since the moment that I visited I was very welcome by Jessica reception! She's a hard worker and she helped me a lot with the rental application and always give me a very good support! Thank you all for everything!

Great location at a reasonable price right in downtown and literally close to everything!! Highly recommended, especially I want to highlight the outstanding service provided by Jessica. From the moment I contacted the leasing office, Jessica has been warm, and welcoming. Throughout the leasing process, she was extremely attentive and responsive, always answering my questions thoroughly. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences and worked with professionalism to find the perfect apartment for me. Any time I have had a question or needed assistance, Jessica has been there to help me even outside business hours, going above and beyond to ensure that I am comfortable and satisfied. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough, and Jessica in particular, for anyone looking for a great place to call home!!
