This is review a for a building on Cosburn Avenue - if anybody is thinking of moving in this building, please do your research about the quality of superintendents. I am not leaving this review to malign the image of Greenwin in anyway but they really need to look into the kind of people they employ and how they are trained. We have unaccommodating, tired and rude staff in the building. You really have to muscle them up to get anything done, otherwise they are likely to ignore or delay any legitimate service requests you might have. This was not always the case. The previous staff went out of their way to provide the best service to the residents. The building is in a good location but the maintenance and upkeep is very cursory. It is uninviting and only barebone work is done to ensure the bosses remain happy.
