        I dig this place. It's near everything, the apartments are massive, the views are amazing, and the locals are amazing people. Very diverse, very family oriented. A little overcrowded perhaps, and gentrifying fast. 10 minutes from 3 subway stations. Cabbagetown, the Village, St. Jamestown. Can walk anywhere from here. It's pretty perfect. Buildings are just getting a bit old, but that doesn't even matter. Thats the reason the spaces are so large. It's great.

        I have been here for about 10 years, the building has had some issues but has improved some, I have never had issues with neighbours, just once, years ago, had a filthy neighbour and got some roaches but management fumigated and never again had issues, apartments are spacious and balconies are great specially if you are lucky to have the best view of the city
