We were going through the motions of potentially renting here and encounters surprisingly unfriendly and unprofessional attitude. Called the provided contact number today's morning before the next day viewing appointment because we had a few minor clarifications we wanted to discuss and were talked to expect a callback before 5 pm. Having not heard back by 4:30, we followed up and had to talk to someone with quite an attitude. We were trying to explain our situation and she audibly SIGHED at us mid sentence. Not only did they not follow up with a call as promised, we had to deal with some evidently unhappy person employed by their leasing agency. We will not be proceeding with this place as all of the aforementioned experiences are massive red flags - if they make you jump through hoops like this before you sign anything, imagine what it will be like if you try to get anything sorted after you move in.

I recently moved in here, and so far my experience has been nothing but amazing, Shout out to Olena, my leasing consultant, she is always prompt on responding to my queries, super helpful and sweet. Location is the biggest plus here.
