Well situated, well built, among the most expensive rent prices in Toronto and after living here for over a year an overall disappointment. If youre looking to rent here make sure to turn on the taps and check the water pressure. All of the residential buildings at the Well are Leeds certified meaning all taps and shower heads have filters that dramatically reduce water pressure. The picture Ive posted is the typical water pressure in the bathrooms. The showers are miserable in this luxury building. The Garages are unsafe and although residences pay parking fees to the Well, the parking is managed by a completely different company. What this results in neither party taking responsibility for anything that occurs to resident vehicles in the parking. Amenities are close to non existent, one gym shared between multiple buildings. No saunas or pools or basketball court/theatre room. Mostly terrible layouts, if you want unobstructed view youre forced to pay significantly higher prices. Otherwise your view is completely blocked by two high rises. Garbage chute out of service over 50% of the time. Scroll down and read the other 5 star reviews. Majority are for the leasing agents and front desk staff who are in fact a pleasure to deal with. However this is not a reflection of the overall experience of living here. Looking forward to my lease ending.

I have moved into the Well just recently, and so far the experience has been great. Needless to say the apartment and the building is beautiful with great finishes. I have been living in Canada for just a year in another great location so i was a bit skeptical about moving in, but I have to say that our leasing consultant did a great Job. Since we are from Argentina, Chris Tedre was kind enough to tour with us in Spanish, which made it really helpful to ask him things we are not too familiar with in English. He was also very patient since we brought our two-year old with us the three times we came over to see the building. A great experience overall.

I recently moved to The Well and cannot be happier with my decision. I was lucky to get taken care of by Chris whos showed time and time again why client satisfaction is second to none at Rhapsody. Even though Ive lived in Dubai & Chicago where real estate services are of the highest calibre, Chris managed to very much exceed the high expectations I had. He was quick to understand exactly what I was looking for and allowed me to seemlessly move in to the perfect unit. Chris assistance extended well beyond my move, as he still goes to this day above and beyond to ensure my every day experience at The Well is of the highest calibre. His every day reliability, responsiveness and efficiency are truly unmatched. I would highly recommend reaching out to Chris if youre planning to move here as hes definitely one of The Wells greatest assets.
