57 Charles at Bay

Location is great and the units are spacious. The fixtures are dated but the supers do repairs promptly. The building lacks a concierge and packages are often left in the mailroom or package room and can get stolen. Noise can be an issue between the traffic on Bay, frequent fire alarm triggers and testings (the alarm volume is deafening) and number of pets in the building. May not be the fanciest looking building but a pretty comfortable place to stay.

Great service when fixing my closet door, even adding the matching mirror. Prompt and efficient, Clarence went above and beyond the call of duty.

I put in the request work order in the morning and by mid afternoon the job was complete.Both Clarence and Aldo were kind,considerate and made sure everything was perfect before they left.The work area was left spotless as well.They worked efficiently together..I am so happy with how everything was handled.I have lived in this building for 15 years.

Just moved into 57 Charles, and we couldnt have had a better experience. The location is perfect, apartment was clean and all the staff is outstanding. Would highly recommend!
