Saba and her team are very professional, accommodating, experienced in all areas of design, building permits, including special requirements such as committee of adjustments and price is set at the start of project. Overall very good experience with second floor addition design, building permits and the team followed up as needed.

We needed an addition to our house to accommodate my wifes mother as we did not wish to put her in a nursing home, we were introduced to QBS by Daniel Syrus, the initial meeting was pro bono, and we liked the attitude of Saba and her knowledge and forthrightness regarding her business, she and her team worked with us to get exactly what we were looking for and produced a set of drawings that she worked with and went through the comity of adjustments with us at City Hall to get our permit, she was always available through the construction phase, and came and did a walk through after completion, I would highly recommend QBS for any project you may have.
