We reached out to Andy on getting building permit for separate basement unit. He is straight to the point, no endless discussions and gave the best option that works. He has great knowledge on what works and what does not with city. It's been pleasure working with him and we got our permit yesterday.

Andy is very knowledgeable and experienced with building code requirements and producing drawings/paperwork as it relates to getting building permit approvals. He kept us updated throughout the process and kept following up with the building department in our city to ensure a timely approval process.
